At SOUNDPEATS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your audio experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

  Securely pack your SOUNDPEATS device in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and cables to ensure a smooth processing of your refund.

  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable shipping service to send the package back to our designated return center.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our technicians inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
